Operating Season:
May 31st to October 31st.

Meeting Place:
20 minutes before tour time at the Cougar Mountain Reservations office in the Eagle Lodge or upon request The Fairmont Chateau Whistler, The Westin Resort and Spa, Pan Pacific Lodge, the Hilton, or the Four Seasons Resort.

Taxes:
6% tax applies to all bookings.

Waivers:
All guests are required to sign a liability waiver.

Helmets:
Helmets are mandatory for participants 16 and under.

Children:
. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
. Must be a minimum of 4 feet tall.
. Minimum age for the Ancient Cedars Ride is 12 years. 12 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
. Minimum age for the Western Ride is 9 years.

Doubling:
No doubling on horses (i.e. one person only per horse).

Included in tour cost:
Transportation on 2 and 2.5 hour tours from Whistler Village to Cougar Mountain Stables (25 min each way), rain suits (if required). A drink is provided on the Western Ride.

Clothing Requirements:
Sensible shoes (no sandals), long pants, sunscreen, and hat.

Photographer:
A photographer is on site to capture this memorable adventure. Photos are available for purchase following the tour.

Backcountry Advisory:
Backcountry sports activities are not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, suffer from back or neck pain, heart or respiratory distress. If in doubt, consult your physician prior to participation.

Cancellations:
Tours cancelled within 24 hours of the tour, and "no shows", are subject to the full price of the tour.
