All Whistler area Fishing Trips include:
Guide, all equipment (rods, tackle, float tubes, waders, or boats), pick-up from your Whistler accommodations and transport to fishing location.Meeting Place:
20 minutes before tour time at the Cougar Mountain at Whistler Reservations office in the Eagle Lodge or upon request at the The Fairmont Chateau Whistler, Delta Whistler Resort, The Westin Resort and Spa, Pan Pacific Lodge, the Hilton, or the Four Seasons Resort.
Angling opportunities:
Rainbow Trout, Cutthroat Trout, Dolly Varden, all Salmon species and Steelhead (Please ask for more information on the best times to fish each species).
Fishing Licenses:
All guests must have a valid fishing license. Costs are $20.00 per day plus tax.
Catch and release Policy:
All Whistler area trips are strictly 'catch and release' for the purpose of preserving the fishing quality.
Departure times:
Customized to suit guests. Generally Full-day trips leave at 9am, Half day at 9am or 1pm. Evening trips at 6pm.
Taxes:
6% tax applies to all bookings.
Backcountry Advisory:
Backcountry sports activities are not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, suffer from back or neck pain, heart or respiratory distress. If in doubt, consult your physician prior to participation.
Cancellations:
Tours cancelled within 24 hours of the tour, and "no shows", are subject to the full price of the tour.
