Meeting Place:
20 minutes before tour time at the Cougar Mountain Reservations office in the Eagle Lodge or upon request The Fairmont Chateau Whistler, The Westin Resort and Spa, Pan Pacific Lodge, the Hilton, or the Four Seasons Resort.
Taxes:
6% tax applies to all bookings.
Waivers:
All guests are required to sign a liability waiver.
Collision Coverage:
Collision coverage is available for $12.00 per driver.
Children:
Minimum requirement to drive: 16 years. Minimum requirement to drive and double a passenger: 16 years and a valid drivers license.
Included in tour cost:
. Transport: from Whistler Village to Cougar Mountain base (10 min each way)
. Equipment: helmets, gloves, goggles, rain suits (if required).
. A Cougar Cookie and drink is provided on all ATV tours.
To Bring:
Sensible shoes (no sandals), long pants recommended, sunscreen, hat, and camera.
Backcountry Advisory:
Backcountry sports activities are not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, suffer from back or neck pain, heart or respiratory distress. If in doubt, consult your physician prior to participation.

Cancellations:
Tours cancelled within 24 hours of the tour, and "no shows", are subject to the full price of the tour.
